Pasquale Condello (Italian pronunciation: [paˈskwaːle konˈdɛllo]; born 24 September 1950) is an Italian criminal known as a member of the 'Ndrangheta. He is also known as Il supremo ("the supreme one") for his role at the top of the crime syndicate. He was a fugitive since 1990 and included in the list of most wanted fugitives in Italy until his capture in February 2008. Investigators called him the "Provenzano of Calabria" – a reference to Bernardo Provenzano, the Sicilian "boss of bosses" who was arrested in 2006 after some 40 years as a fugitive.
Umberto Bellocco (Italian pronunciation: [umˈbɛrto belˈlɔkko]; born December 17, 1937 in Rosarno) is an Italian criminal and a member of the 'Ndrangheta, a mafia-type organisation in Calabria. He was the capobastone and founder of the Bellocco 'ndrina from the 1960s until his arrest in 1993.
Raffaele Cutolo (Italian: [raffaˈɛːle ˈkuːtolo]; 4 November 1941 – 17 February 2021) was an Italian crime boss, leader of the Nuova Camorra Organizzata (NCO), an organisation he built to renew the Camorra. Cutolo had a variety of nicknames including 'o Vangelo ("the gospel"), 'o Princepe ("the prince"), 'o Professore ("the professor") and 'o Monaco ("the monk"). Apart from 18 months on the run, Cutolo lived entirely in maximum-security prisons or psychiatric prisons after 1963. At the time of his death he was serving multiple life sentences for murder.

Since 1997, he is on the "List of most wanted fugitives in Italy" of the ministry of the Interior, since he left the prison of Badu 'e Carros in Nuoro, where he was detained for murder, serious injury and kidnapping. In 1998 investigations were extended internationally for his extradition.
Ritlal Yadav is a leader of RJD who won the Bihar Legislative Council election in July 2015 as an independent candidate. Ritalal was in jail in connection with multiple criminal cases, including murder charges. Ritlal is accused in over 33 cases. He was a former MLC of Patna, the post to which he was elected in 2016. He was incarcerated in Beur Jail until August 2020. However he was then released from the jail on bail.
Lalu Prasad Yadav (born 11 June 1948) is an Indian politician. He is the president of the political party Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD), a former Chief Minister of Bihar, a former Union Minister of Railways, and a former Member of Parliament of the Lok Sabha.
He entered politics at Patna University as a student leader and in 1977 at the age of 29, was elected as the youngest member of the Lok Sabha for the Janata Party. He became the Chief Minister of Bihar in 1990. His party came to power in 2015 Bihar Legislative Assembly election in partnership with Nitish Kumar of JD(U). This coalition ended when Nitish resigned and RJD was ousted, becoming the opposition party. In 2020 Bihar Legislative Assembly election, RJD remained the single largest party in Bihar, and currently serves as the state's main opposition party. Lalu Yadav was convicted in the controversial Fodder Scam, and was serving a term until 17 April 2021, when he was granted bail from the High Court in the corruption scandal.

Dr. Jagdish Sharma (born 1 October 1950) is an Indian politician. He was a vice president of the Hindustani Awam Morcha, a political party. His wife Shanti Sharma was MLA from Ghosi. His son Rahul Kumar became MLA from Ghosi constituency. After being found guilty in criminal conspiracy to save bureaucrats involved in Fodder Scam, Sharma was sentenced to four years rigorous imprisonment and disqualified as an MP along with RJD Supremo Lalu Prasad Yadav.
Doctor Mohammad Shahabuddin (10 May 1967 – 1 May 2021) was an politician and former Member of Parliament from the Siwan constituency in the state of Bihar. He was a former member of the National Executive Committee of the Janata Dal and the Rashtriya Janata Dal. Shahabuddin was disqualified from contesting elections following his conviction for the kidnapping and disappearance of Chote Lal Gupta, an activist of the Communist Party of India (Marxist–Leninist) Liberation for which he was serving a life sentence. He was also accused of killing 15 other Communist Party activists, including the former student leader Chandrashekhar Prasad.

He was also elected for two successive terms to the Bihar Legislative Assembly in 1990 and 1995 from the Ziradei constituency. Jagannath Mishra (24 June 1937 – 19 August 2019) was an Indian politician who served as Chief Minister of Bihar and as Minister in the Union Cabinet. He was also Member of Parliament, Rajya Sabha between 1988 - 1990 and 1994 - 2000. His involvement was at a high level in the Indian National Congress. He was elected Chief Minister of Bihar three times. After his brother L.N. Mishra's assassination, Jagannath Mishra became Bihar's most powerful Congress leader in the late seventies and eighties. Prior to the emergence of Lalu Prasad Yadav in 1990, Jagannath Mishra was rated as the biggest mass leader in the Congress. He was affectionately called "Doctor Sahib". He was also referred to as "Maulana" Jagannath because of his clout with the Muslims that he had earned by making Urdu the second official language of the state in 1980.
Mishra supported and practiced populism, and had earned popularity among the teachers by taking over hundreds of private primary, middle and high schools across the state in 1977. After leaving Congress, he joined the Nationalist Congress Party and later the Janata Dal (United). On 30 September 2013, a special Central Bureau of Investigation court in Ranchi convicted him, along with 44 others, in the Fodder Scam. He was sentenced to four years imprisonment and a fine of 200,000 rupees. On 25 October 2013, the Jharkhand High Court granted bail to Mishra in fodder scam case. Mishra maintained his name was deliberately included in the scam on the instruction of the Congress president Sitaram Kesri. Dr. Mishra was acquitted in two fodder scam cases on 23 December 2017 and 19 March 2018. In two cases his Appeal is pending in Jharkhand High Court.[Cr. App. (SJ) 838 of 2013 and Cr. Mahto was born to Laxmi Mahto and has remained associated with his uncle's gang in initial years of life. After the arrest of Ashok Mahto he became the de facto leader of the faction which was associated with the several killings in the region particularly of upper-caste people and supporters of Akhileh Singh. In 2000 Aruna Devi, the wife of Akhilesh Singh was elected as the Member of Legislative Assembly from the Warisaliganj. In 2005 she again contested the election from the same seat but this time on the symbol of Lok Janshakti Party. Aruna though won in February but in the by polls held in October in the same year, she lost to Pradeep Mahto, who became the MLA for the first time for a period of five years. Mahto had contested against her as Independent candidate. In 2010 Janata Dal (United) allotted its symbol to the Mahto from the Warisaliganj and he emerged victorious once again; but this time as a candidate of JD(U).
Pradeep's association with JD (U) has a long history and he had served as the district president of the party for Nawada for a number of times. Mahto has been facing several criminal charges including those of murder. Pradeep's political career was shaked when in 2015 Aruna Devi defeated him in the Assembly Election as the Bharatiya Janata Party candidate. In 2020 Pradeep though himself being unable to contest the assembly elections due to his conviction in one of the case launched his wife as independent candidate from Warisaliganj but she lost to Aruna once again. Mahto suspectedly was also the person behind 2001 Nawada Jail break case in which he surrendered in the court in the following years though until then he managed to get the ticket from JD (U). In the famous Jail break case, he was accused of facilitating the escape of his uncle Ashok Mahto.

While Abhay secured 86975 votes, Anil managed to get 55162 votes only.

He was a member of Communist Party of India (Marxist–Leninist) Liberation, an organisation which was leading Naxalite insurgency against Government of India. He also fight against the upper-caste landlords for the cause of lower-caste people.
